At KIDS, our dedicated Sports Agent, Sue Aldred, is here to guide and champion every child on our books—helping them grow, thrive, and reach their potential in both sport and media.  Sue has a Diploma in Sports Management, Sports Marketing, Sports Coaching & Analytics

With over 20 years’ experience working with children in schools and five years in child protection and safeguarding, she brings a unique mix of pastoral care and professional advocacy to the agency. Her role goes far beyond scouting talent—she’s here to build strong foundations for long-term success.

Talent Development & Mentorship

 

Identifying strengths, nurturing ambition, and supporting kids as they balance sporting commitments with agency opportunities.

Career Guidance & Pathway Planning

Helping young athletes and their families understand their options—from school-level sport to elite development programmes and beyond.

Representation & Advocacy

Acting on behalf of young clients to negotiate fair terms, build relationships with sports clubs, casting agents, and brand partners, and ensure every

opportunity is in the child’s best interest.

Safeguarding & Welfare Oversight

With up-to-date training in first aid, safeguarding, and GDPR, she ensures every child’s experience is safe, appropriate, and fully supported at every stage.

Parent Liaison & Support

Working closely with families to answer questions, provide reassurance, and keep everyone informed—every step of the way.

Sue is committed to helping children in sport take bold, exciting steps—on their own terms and at their own pace. Whether it's guiding a young footballer toward trials, preparing them for a campaign shoot, or simply offering support between sessions, she’s always in their corner.
